Our mission statement:
We promise to create a safe, welcoming, family orientated environment where everyone feels supported to be able to flourish into the best version of themselves. we aim to nurture artists to have a strong work ethic, resilience, determination and passion for the arts. whether the individual chooses a career in the arts, or performs for fun, we will instill qualities into our students that they can take forward into every aspect of their lives and thrive. rhythmix is a place where all are welcome, all are supported and every dream can become a reality. we promise to create an environment where students feel empowered, listened to and comfortable to express themselves. rhythmix is a place to find yourself and lose yourself at the same time.
RHYTHMIX ACADEMY is a dance AND PERFORMING ARTS sCHOOL in POTTERS BAR, HERTFORDSHIRE. Established in 2012 by professional dancer and teacher, EMMA GROVES, the school has since built an exceptional reputation. WE TEACH A VARIETY OF DANCE AND FITNESS CLASSES TO THE LOCAL COMMUNITY AND ALSO HAVE A WELL ESTABLISH MUSIC TUITION SERVICE - RHYTHMIX MUSIC SERVICES.
We are known for our high standards across a full range of genres. Experienced teachers offer the most up-to-date dance training and help students to achieve their dance ambitions. Our dancers perform in shows UP TO TWICE A YEAR, HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO compete in dance competitions AND FESTIVALS, and CAN take exams IN THEIR CHOSEN FIELD up to the PROFESSIONAL levels. we are a proud demonstrator school for alixa flexibility and demo regularly on their teacher courses. our students have the opportunity to demo for companies such as acrobatic arts aswell.
WE ARE A fun and friendly STUDIO, proud to be welcoming and approachable AND HAVE A REAL FAMILY FEEL. This helps us to build strong relationships with our STUDENTS AND CLIENTS, ENSURING that every student feels right at home.
OUR STUDIOS HAVE PROFESSIONAL DANCE FLOORING, AIR CONDITIONING, FULL MIRRORS, SOUND SYSTEMS AND A RANGE OF PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT INCLUDING POLES FOR OUR POLE FITNESS SESSIONS. WE ARE ALSO A PROUD ACROPAD CENTRE AND HAVE A HUGE 8 METER BY 5 METER AIRTRACK. WE HAVE 3 MUSIC ROOMS FOR TUITION AND A FULLY STOCKED RECEPTION WHERE WE SELL DANCE WEAR AND SHOES.
